Ideally suited for a vast range of materials in both new construction and renovation weatherproofing applications, this sealant cures by interacting with ambient moisture, forming a resilient and elastic rubber body for an efficient seal. Boasting superior weather resistance, it can handle load-bearing interfaces with a ±35% telescopic displacement.

 

Limitations:
1. Not designed for structural applications.
2. Avoid using when the substrate temperature exceeds 50ºC or on surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty, or dirty.
3. Not recommended for sub-graded applications, confined spaces, or surfaces needing post-finishes or paint applications.
4. Do not clean or treat the sealant with substances, solvents, or cleaning agents that could affect or discolor it, especially during the curing process.
