With exceptional adhesion, it is perfect for a multitude of materials in both new and renovated weatherproofing applications. This sealant cures into an elastic rubber body by reacting with ambient moisture, providing an effective and lasting seal. It boasts excellent weather resistance and can handle a load-bearing interface with a ±35% telescopic displacement capability.
Limitations:
1. Not suitable for structural applications.
2. Avoid using when the substrate temperature exceeds 50ºC.or on surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty, or dirty.
3. Unsuitable for sub-grade applications, confined spaces, or surfaces requiring post-finishes or painting.
4. Refrain from cleaning or treating the sealant with materials, solvents, or cleaning agents that might affect or discolor the sealant, especially during curing.
