The 999 Neutral Weatherproof Silicone Sealant is a premium one-part, durable, neutral-cure, architectural grade sealant. It delivers outstanding adhesion for a broad spectrum of materials in both new and renovated weatherproofing applications. Upon exposure to moisture, it cures into an elastic rubber body to form an effective seal. This sealant boasts excellent weather resistance and can accommodate ±35% telescopic displacement, ensuring reliable performance under various conditions.

 

Limitations:
1. Not suitable for structural applications.
2. Avoid use when substrate temperature exceeds 50ºC.3. Unsuitable for surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty, or dirty.
4. Not appropriate for sub-graded applications, confined spaces, or surfaces requiring post-finishes or paint.
5. Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents, or cleaning agents that could affect or discolor it, especially during the curing process.
