796 Anti-Fungal Adhesive
Neutral Weatherproof Silicone Sealant is a one-part, durable, neutral-cure, architectural-grade sealant. With excellent adhesion, it is ideal for a wide variety of materials in both new and renovated weatherproofing applications. It reacts with moisture in the air to cure into an elastic rubber body, forming an effective seal. The sealant boasts exceptional weather resistance and can handle a load-bearing interface with ±35% telescopic displacement.
Limitations:
1. Not suitable for structural applications.
2. Avoid using when the substrate temperature exceeds 50ºC.or on surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty, or dirty.
3. Not recommended for sub-graded applications, confined spaces, or surfaces that require post-finishing or painting.
4. Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents, or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor it, particularly during curing.
