It offers outstanding adhesion and is ideal for a variety of materials in both new and renovated weatherproofing projects. This advanced sealant cures by reacting with the moisture in the air to form a robust, elastic rubber body that ensures an effective seal. Boasting excellent weather resistance and accommodating load-bearing interfaces with an impressive ±35% telescopic displacement.

 

Limitations:
1. Not suitable for structural applications.
2. Avoid usage when the substrate temperature exceeds 50ºC.or on surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty, or dirty.
3. Not for sub-grade applications, confined spaces, or surfaces requiring post finishes or painting.
4. Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents, or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor it, especially during the curing process.
