999 Neutral Weatherproof Silicone Sealant is a one-part, durable, neutral-cure, architectural grade sealant with exceptional adhesion. It is perfect for a variety of materials in both new and renovated weatherproofing applications. Upon exposure to air moisture, it transforms into an elastic rubber, ensuring an effective seal. This product boasts excellent weather resistance and a load-bearing interface with ±35% telescopic displacement.

 

Limitations:
1. Not recommended for structural applications.
2. Avoid use when the substrate temperature exceeds 50ºC.or on surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty, or dirty.
3. Unsuitable for sub-graded applications, confined spaces, or surfaces requiring post-finishes or paintings.
4. Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents, or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, especially during curing.
