3. Once fully cured, this product releases no harmful substances and poses no risk to the skin.
4. Prior to use, conduct compatibility and adhesion tests with contact materials to ensure suitability, followed by construction operations upon confirmation.
5. It is crucial to perform adhesion tests between the structural adhesive and the substrate before construction to validate product applicability.
6. Ensure that the surface of the bonded substrate is meticulously cleaned using a solvent or other methods, kept dry, and glued within 30 minutes post-cleaning. This ensures the structural adhesive remains in close contact with the substrate, with no voids. Trim and remove any tape before the adhesive solidifies.
7. Avoid construction if the surface temperature of the substrate is below 4ºC or above 40ºC.
