Neutral Weatherproof Silicone Sealant is a premium, one-part, durable, neutral-cure, architectural grade sealant. With outstanding adhesion properties, it is ideal for a diverse range of materials in both new and renovated weatherproofing applications. It cures into an elastic rubber body through reaction with moisture in the air, creating a highly effective seal. Boasting superb weather resistance, it accommodates ±35% telescopic displacement.
Limitations:
1. Not suitable for structural applications.
2. Avoid using at substrate temperatures exceeding 50ºC.or on surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty, or dirty.
3. Not intended for sub-graded applications, confined spaces, or surfaces needing post-application finishes or paint.
4. Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents, or cleaning agents that may impact or discolor the sealant, especially during the curing process.
