It provides exceptional adhesion for a wide variety of materials in both new and existing weatherproofing applications. Upon contact with moisture, it cures into a flexible rubber body to form a highly effective seal. This sealant excels in weather resistance and can accommodate ±35% telescopic displacement, ensuring performance reliability across diverse conditions.

 

Limitations:
1. Not designed for structural applications.
2. Do not use when substrate temperature exceeds 50ºC. 3. Unsuitable for wet, oily, greasy, dusty, or dirty surfaces.
4. Inappropriate for sub-grade applications, confined spaces, or surfaces that require post-finishes or paint.
5. Avoid cleaning or treating the sealant with materials, solvents, or cleaning agents that could affect or discolor it, particularly during the curing process.
