It cures into an elastic rubber by reacting with ambient moisture, forming an effective seal. This sealant boasts outstanding weather resistance and a load-bearing interface with ±35% telescopic displacement.
Limitations:
1. Not recommended for structural applications.
2. Avoid using when substrate temperature exceeds 50ºC or on wet, oily, greasy, dusty, or dirty surfaces.
3. Not suitable for sub-grade applications, confined spaces, or surfaces requiring post-finishing or painting.
4. Avoid cleaning or treating the sealant with materials, solvents, or cleaning agents that might affect or discolor it, especially during curing.
