Upon contact with moisture, this sealant transforms into a flexible rubber, creating a robust seal. Notably, it provides superb weather resistance and can accommodate telescopic displacements of ±35%, guaranteeing dependable performance under diverse conditions.

 

Limitations:
1. Not suitable for structural applications.
2. Do not use if the substrate temperature exceeds 50ºC. 3. Avoid applying on wet, oily, greasy, dusty, or dirty surfaces.
4. Not suitable for sub-graded applications, confined spaces, or surfaces needing post-finishes or paint.
5. Do not clean or treat the sealant with any materials, solvents, or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor it, especially during its curing process.
