The Neutral Weatherproof Silicone Sealant is a single-component, highly durable, neutral-cure, architectural-grade sealant. With outstanding adhesion properties, it is perfect for a broad array of materials in both new and renovated weatherproofing projects. Upon exposure to moisture in the air, it cures into a flexible rubber body, forming a robust and effective seal. This sealant offers exceptional weather resistance, accommodating a ±35% telescopic displacement.
Limitations:
1. Not suitable for structural applications.
2. Avoid use when substrate temperatures exceed 50ºC.Avoid using on surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty, or dirty.
3. Not for sub-graded applications, confined spaces, or surfaces needing post-finishes or painting.
4. Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents, or cleaning agents that might affect or discolor it, especially during the curing process.
