Safety Information:
1. Be aware that unsteady structural adhesive and standard structural adhesive can release volatile compounds during curing. Prolonged inhalation of high concentrations of these compounds can pose health risks.
2. Prior to curing, avoid any contact with eyes. If accidental eye contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
3. Once fully cured, this product will not emit harmful substances and is safe for skin contact.
4. It is essential to conduct compatibility and adhesion tests on contact materials before using this product. Proceed with construction only after successful confirmation.
5. Before beginning any construction, perform an adhesion test between the structural adhesive and the substrate to confirm product compatibility.
6. Ensure the bonded substrate surface is thoroughly cleaned using a solvent or other methods, kept dry, and glued within 30 minutes post-cleaning. This ensures optimal contact between the structural adhesive and the substrate. Trim and remove tape before the adhesive solidifies.
7. Avoid construction if the substrate surface temperature is below 4ºC or above 40ºC.
